Contract Hire & Leasing explained

Contract Hire from Free2Move Lease offers a risk free solution for your business. Key benefits include the ability to manage monthly outgoings and fix monthly rentals. No depreciation. Flexible contract lengths (18–48 months) or annual mileages. Add-on services. Reclaim some, or all VAT on rentals (where VAT registered) and no vehicle disposal worries.

What is Finance Lease?

Tailor your rental to suit your organisation. With Finance Lease, you simply pay a monthly rental for the contract term. You can also customise your rentals to match the cash flow and budget of your organisation with the help of a ‘balloon rental’ (if needed).

AT THE END OF YOUR AGREED LEASE PERIOD, YOU CAN:

  • Sell the vehicle on our behalf and once you’ve settled any balloon payment, we’ll refund 100% of the sale proceeds to you as a rebate of rentals

OR

  • Pay a ‘peppercorn’ rental (this is equal to one month’s rental, payable per annum), and use your vehicle for a further year

WHY CHOOSE FINANCE LEASE?

 Cost effective

Low initial outlay, (usually three or six months in advance) and fixed monthly cost, with the option to reduce your monthly rentals using the ‘balloon’.

 Flexible

You can tailor the agreement term to suit your business needs.

 Tax benefits

Your vehicles show as leased assets on your balance sheet. Offset your monthly rentals against taxable profits and recover the VAT on those rentals.**

** Only if VAT registered
